STIM31 Objectives:
Our primary goal is to validate a solution capable of deterring damaging beetles from laying eggs within the crowns of coconut and other large palm trees. This solution is intended to be used as an emergency measure when damaging beetles are first detected or to provide long-term protection for individual palms, as desired.
We aim to conduct trials in Barbados, Thailand and Trinidad and Tobago. You can track their progress here: stim27.sgd.gold
